What Strata collects, and what it does not

There are no accounts, no adverts, and nothing is sold. Three things touch your browser.

Measurement

Google Analytics 4 counts page views and records the page, roughly where in the world you are, and your device type. It does not record your name, your email or anything you type.

The feedback form

What you type is relayed by FormSubmit and arrives as an email to the editor. Your address is optional and is used only to reply. Nothing is added to a mailing list.

What stays on your device

Your theme choice, the highlights you make on an article, which clear themselves after 30 days, and your progress in Focus. None of it is sent to Strata and clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting

Served by Firebase Hosting, run by Google, which keeps standard request logs.

Anything you want removed, or any question, goes through the feedback page and reaches a person.
