Break the chain

Move one number at the bottom of the stack and watch what it implies two and three layers up. Nothing here is a forecast. Every step is marked either measured, meaning a figure somebody actually disclosed, or our assumption, meaning a ratio worked out from one four month window that could easily be wrong.
